Here at Sypher we're pretty well known for our Motocross roots and background. We work with a ton of riders and manufacturers. Here are some Black Edition Bills Pipes we coated. You can purchase them on billspipesusa.com and we can also coat your exhaust as well! 

Below we have a Yamaha Yz250 (Dirt bike) and a Factory Karts (Go-Kart) radiators coated in a C Series Graphite Black Cerakote which is great for parts that reach high temps. Cerakote does a great job to withstand temperatures up to 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit. The C Series is ideal for parts that need to withstand extreme temperatures, such as pistons and exhausts, and provides excellent UV stability (The Bills Pipes above are a C Series as well).

Factory Karts (Go-Kart Parts) cassettes Cerakoted in Burnt Bronze and Armor Black. (Below)

Yamaha YZ250 cases Cerakoted in Tungsten Grey. The calipers, water pump, radiator cap, brake reservoirs, suspension linkage are Cerakoted in Burnt Bronze. Lastly brake pieces- like lever are Cerakoted in Gloss Black. (Below)

Brake and Clutch levers done for Axell Hodges 2024 KX450 X-Games bike build. We Cerakoted this in E-100 Black Out.
